CAC Athletes Leap in to English Schools CE Final

Following their performances in the Essex Schools meeting at Brentwood last month we had eight of our members go through to represent the county team at the regional event staged at Boston, Lincolnshire. All stepped up to produce personal bests in the quality fields - six of whom came away with individual medals.
