As with the Essex County AAA championships the schools also moved their championships from Chelmsford to the home of Thurrock Harriers at Grays.
It wasn't only the sun that was shining, our athletes did an absolutely superb job and gained a very good haul of medals, twelve of these with winning places, nine seconds and eight thirds.
